These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Astraeus Intelligence LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any paid consulting, development, or advisory services are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) executed between Astraeus Intelligence LLC and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the visual design — are the property of Astraeus Intelligence LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security features
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site outside of normal, good-faith browsing and indexing

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
